“Better than I was, more than I am, and all of this happened by taking your hand..”
The sun was shining, the wind was blowing, and all was beautiful for Seth & Katherine’s wedding at Beauvoir in early November.
According to Wikipedia, the name Beauvoir means “beautiful to view” and the story goes that this is how the Jefferson Davis home received its name.
This wedding was a perfect example!
Katherine chose to wear the cutest cowgirl boots with her lace gown, while Seth wore a khaki suit, and cowboy boots to complete the look.
The gorgeous bouquet was designed by Rachel at Pine Hills Florist. The sunflowers were some of the prettiest I had ever seen, and I’ve photographed a LOT of weddings, you guys! This bouquet will seriously be in my Top 10!
The ceremony took place under the oak trees, also at Beauvoir. Katherine’s Uncle served as Officiant, and done such a wonderful job.
Also present in the front row was Seth & Katherine’s precious kiddos! Mr. J was dressed in a tux, while Miss. A was in a dress fit for a princess, complete with her own wagon!
After a ceremony, the couple and their guests, celebrated beside the water where they danced to their song, “It’s your love” by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.
Mr. J & Miss. A also stole a dance with the Bride and Groom, AKA, Mommy and Daddy! Keeping with tradition, the song was, “Humble and Kind” by Tim McGraw. What better song to dance to with your babies!?
All wedding coordination and decorating was done by Susie Davis of A Plan to Remember. Susie done a fantastic job, as always.
