Jacob + Mariah was married on a perfect November afternoon at The Camellia Barn in Perkinston, Mississippi.
Mariah and her Aunt Tara met with me at my office and when telling me about the wedding I was secretly hoping we would be a great match to work together! Mariah wanted an elegant wedding with antique, vintage touches throughout. With the hurricane lamps, antique vases, and classic florals she tied it together so beautifully. The lace table linens were also a vintage touch that brought so much character. The Camellia was a beautiful venue for this style!
The ceremony took place right outside the barn overlooking the field and pond. We had a beautiful sunset complete with the most gorgeous pink sky – EVERY PHOTOGRAPHERS DREAM!!!!
The reception was loads of fun! The couple chose a live band for their entertainment and danced the night away with their family and friends!
Thank you so much, Mariah and Jacob, for allowing us to be a part of your special day!!
How darling are these wedding favors!? Fresh honey!
Mariah’s Mom had the best seat in the entire house! “Because someone we love is in heaven, there’s a little heaven at our wedding.”
We love the custom card box idea!!
Major props to our groomsmen for helping achieve this shot!! Two photographers under 5’3 would have been quite the sight to see doing this! HA!
Jacob surprised Mariah with a note! How sweet is that?!
We loved the bridesmaid’s dresses Mariah chose! They have a beautiful sleeve detail that we have not seen this wedding year!
Jacobs beautiful daughter served as the miniature bride!!
We didn’t want to leave this spot! It was so pretty for formal photos!
