I’m Kayce Clary, a wedding photographer based in Biloxi, Mississippi, and I have the joy of capturing love stories not just across the Gulf Coast, but in beautiful locations like Point Clear, Alabama, and even New Orleans, Louisiana. One of our favorite ways to connect with couples before their wedding day is through engagement sessions, and our time with Alex and Brookes at The Grand Hotel in Point Clear was an absolute dream.
From the moment we arrived on the stunning grounds, it was clear that Alex and Brookes are genuinely the sweetest couple. They are relaxed, fun, and completely themselves in front of the camera, which makes photographing them such a joy. Their laughter is contagious, and the way they look at each other makes every image feel authentic and full of love.
The Grand Hotel provides a picture-perfect backdrop for engagement sessions and weddings. From its historic architecture and sweeping views of Mobile Bay to its manicured gardens and tree-lined paths, every corner of the property offers endless opportunities for beautiful photos. We spent the afternoon exploring the grounds, capturing quiet, intimate moments, playful laughter, and romantic strolls through the gardens…complete with my youngest daughter in the stroller enjoying all the sights! The natural light and elegance of the hotel made their session feel both timeless and romantic, but with a coastal flair that was the icing on the cake.
