Some people have a presence that immediately makes you feel calm, welcomed, and inspired. Alex is one of those people. We had the absolute joy of photographing her bridal portraits at Oak Crest Mansion, and from the moment she stepped onto the grounds in her wedding gown, we knew it was going to be a favorite session.

Oak Crest Mansion, with its grand Southern charm and peaceful setting, was the perfect backdrop for someone as elegant and poised as Alex. The oak trees swayed gently, the light was soft and golden, and every frame we captured felt like it came straight out of a storybook.

But what made this session even more inspiring was Alex herself. While planning her wedding, she also completed medical school. Let that sink in. Balancing a major life milestone with the intensity of becoming a doctor is no small feat. Alex not only did it with grace but also landed her dream job. She is incredibly smart, endlessly driven, and yet remains one of the kindest souls we’ve had the honor of working with.

Her calm confidence and quiet strength made our time together effortless and joyful. She radiates goodness and warmth, and it shows in every photo.

We are so thankful we got to be a small part of this chapter in her life. It was an honor to capture her beauty, both inside and out, at such a meaningful time. Alex, we are cheering you on as you step into your new career and your new marriage.
