An Elegant Evening Wedding in Biloxi, Mississippi

Meredith and Ryan’s Elegant Evening Wedding in Biloxi, Mississippi followed by a reception at The Chimney’s in Gulfport, Mississippi.

Meredith and Ryan’s big day was the close of our 2023 wedding season! And, as always, I haven’t blogged or shared nearly enough this year. Going forward, I hope to share each wedding on the blog the following week, so maybe this is just the push I need to follow through in the new year! We shall see…let’s not forget that I have an almost one-year-old and one on the way 😉

Meredith and her girls were almost ready when we arrived at the Airbnb on Saturday morning and we went straight to work alongside Grace Garvey, who filmed the big day! (Yes, we do offer video also, but we play well with others, haha! We enjoyed working with Grace and Graham so much and I can’t wait to see what magic they captured.)

A first look with the bridesmaids and Meredith’s sweet Dad, we loaded up and went to The White House Hotel for the first look and formal photos with Ryan.

We wasted no time since the radar was showing us some rain on the way and Ryan was ready to see his bride regardless!

We made it through the first look and portraits with NO RAIN, but after that, Mother Nature decided to tease us a bit, but hey, you know what they say – rain on your wedding day is good luck!

Then came the ceremony at the Nativity Cathedral in Biloxi. The grandeur of the cathedral created the perfect setting for a heartfelt union.

The reception was held at a personal favorite, The Chimney’s in Gulfport. This was a party for the books, my friends! As soon as the live band started playing, the dance floor became a magnet for joy and celebration. I think it’s safe to say (and I have photos below to prove) that everyone had a wonderful time!

As their wedding photographer, capturing their beautiful moments was an absolute privilege and I couldn’t be more grateful.
