I recently had the pleasure of photographing Savannah and Blake’s absolutely beautiful wedding under the stunning oaks at Beauvoir, the Jefferson Davis Home, and Presidential Library. As a wedding photographer, I’m always excited to capture those special moments that make your big day unforgettable, and this wedding was certainly no exception. The breeze coming off of the water was also so nice for this May wedding here in south Mississippi!

Blake and Savannah opted for a traditional first look when Blake saw her walk down the aisle, but we made sure to allow time to take some beautiful portraits! At Beauvoir, we captured some breathtaking shots. Savannah and Blake looked absolutely stunning, and their love for each other was shining through in every shot!

Once the reception started at the Slavonian Lodge, and the dance floor opened up, everyone was getting their groove on, and the energy in the room was electric. From the romantic first dance to the high-energy party jams, Savannah and Blake’s guests were ready to let loose and celebrate these two lovebirds in the most joyful way possible.

In the end, it was clear that Savannah and Blake’s love story was the star of the show. Every detail, from the stunning venues to the sweetheart dance, was a celebration of their journey together. It was truly an honor to be a part of their special day and to capture those memories that will last a lifetime.
