I'm a follower of Christ, wife, mother, published wedding photographer, sweet tea enthusiast and I adore all things weddings.

Together, my husband, business partner + favorite hand to hold, Trevor, and I make Kayce Stork Photography + Films.

I enjoy writing here on our online journal and sharing the knowledge that I've learned over the years in the wedding industry with not only my couples, but anyone who want an extra hand to hold during this amazing, yet busy season of life!

In my career, I've photographed everything from precious newborns to a past United States President, but my passion and focus has been for the wedding industry for over the past 10 years. I truly love this calling and feel blessed each day!

Grab a sweet tea, or your drink of choice, and take a look around.

Wedding

February 5, 2019

back to blog

Sometimes wedding days go just as planned, other days the forecast shows rain and you just roll with it. Mariah was such a laid back bride though and simply went with whatever the day would throw at us. We even made a plan b the day before when we saw the weather was likely not in our favor! (Yep, we will have a plan b and even plan c, on your wedding day!)

Nick and Mariah chose purple and soft gold for their wedding colors. Mariah’s sweet Aunt even came down from Coldwater, MS to give her and Nick the wedding of their dreams! Her floral arrangements were so beautiful, too.

The ceremony was held at the Nativity Cathedral in Biloxi. One of our favorite moments from the wedding day had to be when the couple shared communion together for their first time during mass. Such a special time for them! But, you guys also know I’m a real sucker for the vows and exchange of the rings, too!

Ryan Foret & Foret Tradition kept the reception going strong right up until it was time to leave. They were a great group of entertainers! We loved seeing that not only Nick and Mariah had a great, but their family and guests, too!
